The award is presented every ten years.

The professional judge panel for this edition of Outstanding Achievement Award, comprising 11 industrial experts from various sectors and boasted with strong recognition and trustworthiness, has selected industrial elites with excellent performance. The judging panel considers that winners of Hong Kong Jewellery Industry Outstanding Achievement Award not only should meet the basic requirements such as possessing professional knowledge on and loyalty to jewellery industry but also be equipped with leadership and forward-looking vision to bring vitalities to jewellery industry and hence sustainable economic and social development in Hong Kong.
